In April 2020, AJIO Business approached us with a unique problem. The need to adapt their traditional offline event into an online one in the wake of COVID-19 and the lockdown impositions.

We partnered with AJIO Business to launch “SAMBANDAM” India’s biggest online tradeshow.

 

During COVID times, AJIO Business found it hard to drive up revenue and cause spikes in growth due to inability to facilitate retailer gatherings.

The Solution

The events were activated 1 month before a festive period. 

Events were divided into regional and National events basis the festive period.

Onam being a regional festive period. Our events were activated in the kerala region, while Diwali was pan India the event was promoted to a regional level

 

Using a Festive centric approach, the campaign exceeded its initial target and drove registrations while maintaining the cost to registration we had planned. With the support of the right media insertion, we were able to fix drop off points to sustain retention, and increase revenue on the Ajio platform.
